Antique French peasant tiles, old peasant tiles and antique terracotta tiles are some of the names for these beautiful authentic old floor tiles. The old tiles were formerly formed by hand from local clay and then baked in traditional ring ovens.
Over the years, we have built up a beautiful stock of these tiles, which we found at the demolition of old farms, farms and castles and recuperates the old farmers' ponds.
We make the antique tiles free of limescale and then sort the old tiles in color and size. The antique French terracotta tiles often have a size of 16 x 16 cm, 20 x 20 cm or 22 x 22 cm and we can deliver in various colors such as red, salmon-orange but also old-white and old yellow. The old Dutch tiles are almost always orange and 22 x 22 cm. Old terracotta tiles from Belgium and Northern France are often dark red in color and available in various sizes.
