Information
A beautiful 'Noir de Mazy' fireplace. Noir de Mazy is black marble and comes from Belgium. This type of marble is becoming increasingly rare, because the quarries in Belgium are almost closed. This mantelpiece dates from the 19th century and is in Louis XV style. The fireplace is decorated with three ornate carved scallops, one in the middle of the chimney and two on both sides of the legs. This mantelpiece is in a very good condition and exudes warmth and atmosphere! A beautiful specimen suitable for many homes!
